Been waiting for the update!! Note: the Infernal Spark Token is missing. Also, would it be possible to have a Change Log included with the updates? It would really help if I didn't have to print out the complete document every time, especially if there are only a couple of changes! Many thanks and I will try to find some time for another session.
In the process of playing and enjoying the updated version. Have a ton of feedback and questions... too much to put in the comments here. Does the survey link have space for a lot of feedback and questions, or should I email a pdf to you?
Have had a read-through and the concept looks promising. Questions before testing: 1) Where are the General Tactics to be found? 2) I assume there are no dice rolls for using Abilities, but what about the use of Fuel to improve effects? The rules talk about Fuel providing d6s and the "per hit" requirement... but how to determine a hit? Under LoS it has an example of changing a 3 to a 4 to get a hit... so you need a 4+ to hit for the Fuel to be effective and provide a "hit"? 3) I assume there is no maximum # of Fuel points that can be used per ability? 4) How many times can an Active Tactic be used per turn? 5) Is the game on a 10x10 hex grid or a 6x10 hex grid? Cheers
1. Ah, dang it, the general tactics didn't make it into the PDF. I'll get them updated soon!
2. No dice rolls for Abilities, they just happen. But, you can spend any of your existing Fuel to amplify them. For example, Pyre's second ability is a guaranteed 1 Harm to an adjacent enemy. But you can roll Fuel dice, and any 4+ is a hit, adding +2 Harm per hit you rolled. Yes, 4+ is a hit and I realize that isn't clear!
3. No maximum
4. Once per turn.
5. 10x6
Thanks for pointing all those things out, I'll get to work updating the rulebook thanks to those questions!

There is an open ended question at the end for any thoughts or questions!
Enough for 3 pages of thoughts and Qs? ;) haha I'll email a pdf to the gmail linked on your itch homepage
