I've added the DUSK 2.0 minimal layout file to the page! This is a culmination of the previous rules modules, updating them a bit, and changing up the core theme of the game in a direction that I find a lot more interesting.

The biggest change are the rules for patrols as the core gameplay loop of the game. I'll be adding a few more things to this core set of rules for 2.0, and then working on laying it out so that this is the form DUSK takes from here on out!

I'll still be continuing to add support for DUSK, just using the 2.0 format. That means more patrols, tech, and optional rules modules (gotta bring that base back in).
